焊接機器人不同槍姿對焊接造成的影響一個熟練的焊工焊出的品質和外觀比一個新焊工要好許多,主要是熟練的焊工通過日集月累的經驗知道焊一個產品需要多大電流、電壓、速度多快、還有一個更重要的就是焊接的姿勢和方法。因為電流和速度可以直觀的看到,但一個合適的姿勢就需要有一個長期的經驗來決定。

像亞倫達機器人我們一般要求焊槍與焊接平面保持45°~60°左右,與焊縫那條線也保持在45°~60°左右。但前提讓焊槍避開焊接的產品和定位工裝。焊接姿勢不好會對焊接品質造成影響主要是因為兩個方面:一是氣體保護不好,二是送絲不暢。

槍姿不合適會導致氣體保護不好,焊接會出現氣孔現象;槍姿不合適也會讓同軸電纜里的送絲太過彎曲而送絲不暢,會出現焊縫不均勻,斷斷續續的現象。如果在焊接過程中出現上述現象,槍姿雖然不是唯 一的因素,但也是需要排查的之一。
