自動焊接設備是電子工業中比較常見的一種自動化焊接技術,它具有焊接質量可靠,焊點光亮、飽滿、一致性好、操作簡單、節約能源、降低工人勞動強度等特點。

1、焊接電源、其輸出功率和焊接特性一定要與所采用的焊接工藝方法相匹配,并配有與主控制器相連的接口。

2、對于送絲機及其調速控制系統,送絲機對送絲速度的控制精度要求較高,送絲機控制電路一定要加速度反饋。

3、焊頭采用其移動機構,由焊頭、焊頭支撐架、懸掛小車等組成。它基于精細焊頭機構,其驅動系統一定要采用帶編碼器的伺服電機。

8、焊頭跟蹤或導向機構、弧壓自動控制器、焊槍偏航及監控系統。

10、自動焊接設備又稱機械臂,是自動化焊接設備的重要組成部分。其主要工作包括:焊接、切割、熱射、搬運等。
