1、電纜的選擇應該選擇銅材,畢竟銅的電阻小,導電性能好,相對其他銀基材料適中,發熱量少。
1. The selection of cables should be made of copper material, as copper has low resistance, good conductivity, and is relatively affordable compared to other silver based materials, with less heat generation.
2、電纜結構選擇銅板還是多股銅線,要看使用場合。一般來說電流越大,結構和動作固定,更適合直接選擇銅板。而小電流的情況下,具有獨立輸出變壓器和獨立焊接機構的情況下,一般選擇多股銅線。2萬安培以上的精密逆變點焊機輸出一般直接采用紫銅板,而2萬安培以下輸出的電流情況下,一般采用柔性的多股銅線,而且單股銅絲越細,柔性越好。

3、銅線采用多長?理論上來說,是越短越好,因為越短電阻越小,發熱更小。有些客戶一味的要求我們的點焊機配置更長的電纜,其實完全沒有必要。發熱量更多的情況下,可以采用銅板水冷,或者水冷柔性的次級電纜。
3. How long is the copper wire used? In theory, the shorter the better, because the shorter the resistance, the smaller the heat generation. Some customers blindly request that our spot welding machine be equipped with longer cables, which is actually completely unnecessary. When generating more heat, copper plate water-cooled or water-cooled flexible secondary cables can be used.
4、次級電纜表面的絕緣問題,在使用率不高的情況下,也可以說電纜溫度不高的情況下可以直接采用硅膠管或者熱縮套管絕緣,發熱嚴重的,可以選擇耐高溫的尼龍網管進行絕緣。
