在自動點焊機的焊接過程中,普遍存在的問題是:焊點在焊接過程中不能熔透而產生飛濺,導致點焊機的焊接質量不佳,因此在實際應用中應注意:

一、焊接點沒有穿透,熔核沒有形成或形成不好的形成。

二、自動點焊機數量過多。

1、檢查支架與機體的絕緣電阻是否不良,是否形成局部短路。

2、檢查觸點表面,如銅的撓性接縫,是否被嚴重氧化,觸點電阻的形成,會加重發熱。

3、檢查焊縫的厚度及負載的連續性是否符合要求,焊機是否過熱。

4、檢查進水壓力、水量和供水溫度是否適當,系統是否被污物所隔開,這些污物會由于冷卻不佳而導致電臂過熱。

三、焊接時產生的意外飛濺。

1、檢查電流是否過大或過低的壓力。

2、焊接工件的強度不足:焊接電流越來越小,而且焊接現象也不強。
